2022 | Quinta do Montinho Alvarinho | Vinho Verde Bodegas Mano a Mano This has an amazing Mediterranean

This has an amazing Mediterranean profile

all farmed at a significantly lower yield than most producers in the appellation

The Corton-Rognet Grand Cru is quite strict and slightly ferrous on the nose

I was yearning to like this Margaux

2022 | Quinta do Montinho Alvarinho | Vinho Verde Bodegas Mano a Mano This has an amazing MediterraneanIntense lemon colour with greenish notes. In the nose there is great complexity and harmony highlighting fresh notes of citrus and tropical notes such as mango and pineapple. It is a full bodied and envolving wine, balanced by a good acidity and a slight noble bitterness, characteristic of the grape variety, which give it a long finish and give it the ability to perfectly accompany baked dishes, both fish and white meats.
