It emits a delicate scent of dates and carries notes of cappuccino, citrus and vanilla on the palate. Despite it's mild 80 proof bottling it has a delightfully long finish. This is a bourbon drinker's cognac that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail. If you're a whiskey drinker who thinks cognac isn't for you, this bottle will change your mind.
