Nerium oleander Hardy Pink Hardy Palms and Cycads Keep it away from largerNerium 'Hardy Pink' is a 2002 Plant Delights JLBG introduction of a pink flowered oleander we selected in Raleigh, NC, after our 9 degrees F arctic blast in 1984.
