2021 Susana Esteban 'Procura' Vinhas Velhas Branco, Vinho Regional Alentejano, Portugal Matsui Shuzo 2019 Domaine des Entrefaux-Charles etProcura Branco comes from centenarian vines at roughly 700 meters of elevation. It is a field blend of traditional varieties from the region. Fermented in stainless steel and then aged in used Burgundy barrels for about 8 months, then further in stainless steel for another few months before bottling.
