Each barrel is hand-picked and Bottled in Bond at 100 proof to honor its namesake

Aged in a combination of 80% neutral demi-muids and 20% old barrels for 12 months

VINIFICATION: Grapes are picked up by hand when fully ripen

2015 Edmunds St. John Rocks & Gravel 1.5L Magnum, California, USA Barmes Buecher One is within the HappyA library release direct from Steve Edmunds winery. This is the last vintage (2015) of Rocks & Gravel. Almost always a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah. The final vintages of this wine came from Dry Creek's Unti Vineyards which are farmed organically (and still practicing biodynamics). Only 260 cs of the wine was produced.
