Description

Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru

Maceration on the Sauvignon Blanc and Zweigelt skins for fourteen days

The shape softens the experience of acidity to bring forward the supple and sweet fruit of red wines

Pressed directly to old neutral 225l and 300l French oak barrels

2022 I Custodi, Etna Bianco 'Aedes', Sicily, Italy Domaine des Closiers Chassagne-Montrachet Premier CruAedes is made from the younger Albarello vines that are in Contrada Muganazzi. More citric fruits dancing with the volcanic minerality, than a study of volcanic minimalism as seen with the Ante bottling. Importer's note
