2021 La Biancara Angiolino Maule 'Rosso Masieri' Veneto IGT Italy Marie-Charlotte Pinelli Bottled without SO2Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot SO2: No sulfur added to the wine Soil Composition: Loam, Silt, Volcanic Farming: Biodynamic (certified) Fining Filtration: Unfined Unfiltered The vinifications are done in open wooden vats with punching down three to four times a day for 12 15 days and 10 more days of maceration before the initial racking.
