The sites sandy marl over clay provides both aromatic lift and structural precision, keeping yields naturally low and production capped at just 2,000 bottles. Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts in open vats, with manual pigage for gentle extraction, followed by 8 months of aging in neutral barriques over a decade old.
