2024 Gustinella Pomaro Rosato, Italy Claude Courtois Elisabetta Foradori’s Zucchini Soup withThe first commercial release of Pomarooriginally made as an experiment in Gustinellas debut vintage and shared only privately until now. Sourced from a pergola trained, 6070 year old Grenache vineyard in Bronte, on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, this rosato is produced in minuscule quantity: just 280 bottles made. Grapes are hand harvested, pressed gently with minimal skin contact, and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel without temperature
