Matthieu began his project in 2017 when he moved home to take over production of a few plots previously farmed by his father

2024 Benoit Ente Clos de la Truffiere, Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru, France Enric Soler extreme deliciousness and mouthwatering fruitA site specific Chardonnay from Entes monopole parcelfully enclosed and sheltered, planted on shallow limestone soils at the top of the Puligny hill. Hand harvested and whole cluster pressed, this wine reflects Ente's signature low intervention style. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation and 18 months levage in French oak (approx. 2030% new), with minimal sulfur, no fining or filtration.
