with a small part of it from '21 and '19

2022 Ruben Diaz, 'Paso de Cebra' Garnacha, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León AMI Fermentation was carried out withAll garnacha from 5 vineyards ranging in age from 60 to over 100 years old. 4 plots are on sandy granite based soils and 1 is on schist. The grapes are all destemmed and fermented together with native yeasts in 5000L concrete tank.
