Indigenous yeast ferment of the vin clair, malolactic fermentation completes, followed by one years aging on lees without filtration in neutral barriques. Bottled with liqueur de tirage in October 2011. No dosage, disgorged a la vole in December 2022 after 11 years on lees in bottle.
