2023 Domaine Michel Lafarge Meursault Vendanges Selectionnees, Cote de Beaune, France Richoux Charles brought it back —Planted in 1968 Terroir: Clay, limestone soil Viticulture: Certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter) Vinification: Whole cluster pressing pressed, cold settling, indigenous yeast fermentation in barrel, racking. Aged for 12 months, fined filtered if necessary.
