2022 Domaine Pierre Morey Perrieres, Meursault Premier Cru, France Fontodi and marl with Ostrea AcuminataFrom the Southern end of Meursault, in "Perrires Dessous": lower part, sheltered from wind, rocky soil. All Certified organic and biodynamic. Vinification: Gentle pneumatic pressing, 12 to 24 hours settling of must, alcoholic fermentation on fine lees in barrel (20 50% new oak). Aged for 16 to 20 months, fined filtered if necessary, bottled by gravity.
