I am pretty certain this one is Ojibwe and really love its relative simplicity

and there are scattered small dark stains on the lid and sides

1920s Greenich Village Nude Letter Opener antique religious All three greatMaybe just a little thing, but I love the thought that this was made in Greenwich Village in the 1920s, as signed on reverse transporting one, at least in one's imagination, to a very different time in the life a once very bohemian place, of which the loosely hand drawn nude on the front feel like an apt and spirited embodiment. I really like this. 10 1 4" l x 1 1 4" w, good condition, great patina.
