I've actually started using calipers to measure round and roundish things

I especially like the flip side

9 3/4" long x 5 1/8" wide x 2" tall

with a couple of tiny hairline cracks that don't go all the way through and some dryness to the wood

Butterfly-esque Cigar Box Toy Gun Collection Lucian Vogel portfolio I've actually started using calipersInexplicable, and rather uncanny, too this is a cigar box collection of toy weapons, which someone treated like butterflies, carefully arranging and mounting with estucheon pins to the inside of a cigar box, cotton batting underneath, just as if rare specimens. An art project, or a personal obsession, I have no idea but I like the idea that a series of action figures (GI Joe, etc.) were systematically disarmed and their guns and grenades safely locked
