Leesy and creamy on the nose

Cecile Tremblay, Echezeaux Dessus other_regions_australia chamomile and smoke(0% whole clusters). A broad array of Asian style spice elements adds excellent breadth to the red currant, dark pinot and pungent warm earth scents. There is excellent richness and phenolic maturity to the big and bold flavors that possess impressive mid palate concentration as well as controlled power on the palate staining and seriously long finish. This should also age well yet its not so structured that it could not be enjoyed after a few years.
