Domaine Olivier Merlin Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2017 Size:Regular The grapes for the BarbarescoRecognized as one of the Maconnais greatest winemakers, Olivier Merlin and his wife Corinne began producing wines in 1987, purchasing and accumulating their own vines over the following decade. Known for his benchmark whites, this Bourgogne Rouge bottling is a unique shake up to his usual cuves; earthy and red fruited, the wine is silky smooth, with notes of raspberries and strawberries. Aged 8 months in wood, lightly filtered, and unfined.
