Constructed of a red cotton base, with the lower edge fully trimmed with a twisted and rolled gold bullion wire fringe, with the hoist edge retaining one magnetic metal suspension ring, the obverse adorned with a central white cotton disc measuring 51 cm in diameter, in turn bearing a dyed black mobile swastika, situated within a golden yellow rectangular cotton frame, unmarked, measuring 144 cm (w) x 83 cm (h) (exclusive of fringe),
