A French Legion D’honneur; Grand Officer's Breast Star; King Louis-Philippe (1830-1848) Newly Listed 5mm(width) x 49A very fine quality and early star in silver, Gold and enamels, 77mm x 77mm, unmarked, of very fine quality manufacture with excellent details, of light construction, hand chiseled, in worn condition, small enamel flaking on the upper right flags, with nice old patina, in very fine condition. A very attractive and scarce Legion DHonneur star.
