His tour came to an end though when he was wounded for a third time in early 1918

that in regards to his "lungs: breath sounds clear throughout but somewhat harsh and bronchial in character with occasional rales (crackles)"

A Deutsches Jungolk Proficiency Badge, Silver Grade, constructed of silvered bronze, the reverse marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M1 63 for Steinhauer & Lck, Ldenscheid, measuring 10 mm (w) x 21 mm
