It also has an extremely efficient finned rectifier assembly with (16) diodes for outstanding durability. NOTE: This unit retains the factory PCM control of the alternator so that there is no "check battery light" or other problems with OEM equipment. This means that the alternator will have additional AMPERAGE capability to support
