In Gold, consisting of a white enamelled Maltese Cross with ball finials, crowns in each quadrant, obverse centre presenting a white enamelled star on a blue background, encircled by the Motto NESCIT OCCASUM (It knows no decline), reverse presents matching centre, with an ornate Royal crown suspension, measuring 38. 38 mm (w) x 57. 46 mm (h inclusive of crown, and integral suspension loop),
