A rare and unique Diplomats Badge, constructed of silver, the obverse featuring a pebbled disc overlaid by a NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, in turn set atop a globe, the reverse with a barrel hinge and flattened pinback meeting a rounded catch, engraved with dedication of DR. OTTO MEISSNER 13. 3. 1940 RIBBENTROP indicating that the badge was presented to Chief of the
