A Duke Of Wellington Waterloo Spoon, 1853 Newly Listed Lower Austria Military Merit MedalGreat Britain; Silver, marked with the City of Chester import assay mark, along with two other worn marks on the reverse of the bowl, one of which may be a monarch's head duty mark (Queen Victoria), the other a date mark (possibly a "P" for 1853), the handle illustrating the Duke of Wellington standing upon a pedestal inscribed "Wellington" in running script, the pedestal above a bird framed by two serpents, with other ornate icons below, multiple
