Constructed of silver, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central Stahlhelm on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with an crimped and elongated barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flattened catch, unmarked, measuring 39. 18 mm (w) x 42. 34 mm (h), weighing 9. 2 grams, with moderate oxidation evident, in overall very fine
