Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Latin Cross with red and white enameled arms, the obverse with a central applique in the form of a red enameled Geneva Cross on a white enameled background, surrounded by a ring of ren enamel with an inscription of PATRIAE ET HUMANITATI (COUNTRY AND HUMANITY), overlaid by a green enameled laurel
