Constructed of gilded silver with enamels, consisting of a blue enameled ring with crowns at the cardinal points, around a central raised Hohenzollern style eagle with mirrored monograms of Kaiser Friedrich Wilhelm IV at the cardinal points, the twelve oclock arm with a chain suspension, unmarked, measuring 16. 53 mm
