Nucano Anejo Mezcal hinterhaus-distilling and the Devil’s LettuceMezcal 40% ABV Commercial Description: Nucano Espadin Anejo Mezcal is made from Espadin agave aged for five years. Due to the degree of maturity, the agave can also be clearly tasted in the mezcal. The maturing process takes place in oak barrels, which gives the Nucano Mezcal its very own taste. Once the agave has matured long enough, it is distilled twice in a copper pot.
