A Second War Red Army Nco's Side Cap GTRexclude Pennsylvania (1969-1979)Fabricated from a khaki cotton with fold down flaps on either side, two rising peaks forming a shallow valley between the two panels, each of the side panels designed with a slight forward slope and a radical slope at the rear, the front bearing a 30 mm (w) x 31. 7 mm (h) NCO's cap badge in bronze with red enamels. The interior is lined in a black rayon cotton blend, with a 38 mm wide sweatband with a black synthetic upper and a dark brown cotton
