Constructed of silver, the obverse with a raised central National Socialist Peoples Welfare (NSV) insignia, circumscribed by an inscription of SCHWESTERNSCHAFT (SISTERHOOD), the reverse with a horizontal pinback, with a membership number of L4550 and a silver content number of 800, measuring 30. 04 mm in diameter, weighing 13. 5 grams, in extremely fine condition.
