A presentation case for an Order of Military Merit, IV Class Officers Cross, constructed of a wood frame with a faux red leather exterior, the obverse lid with a gold embossed monogram of Tsar Boris III above a Bulgarian Cyrillic inscription of (Order of Military Merit), in turn above a laurel and oak leaf wreath, the interior with a white satin type lid liner, with a partially intact hinge cover and a depressed white doeskin
